To start the ordering process, simply fill out the form on this website and select the company (employer) and employee who should receive the HSE card.

After submitting the order we verify that every requirement necessary to produce the HSE card is satisfied. You immediately receive an email with a link to the order status page where you can monitor the progress.

If you need to upload a new face photo and/or a copy of identification, you will be informed about it by email.

To produce an HSE card, the Labour Inspection Authority requires an approved employment relationship between the business and the cardholder. An official company role such as general manager or board member is also accepted.

When everything is approved you receive a temporary HSE card by email and the physical card in the post within 14 days.
Construction cards
Employees on building and construction sites must carry a valid HSE card issued by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.
